Overview

Apartment Victoria is a charming one bedroom, one bathroom property situated in the gated resort of Victory Village Club, a four star complex location on the Sao Lourenco golf course in the heart of Quinta do Lago. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach via the wooden bridge (one of the longest pedestrian wooden bridges in Europe) across the Ria Formosa nature reserve. The beach is family friendly and has a lifeguard during the summer months.

Air conditioning and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rate of this first floor apartment. Access to the apartment is via a flight of steps.

This one bedroom apartment sleeps up to 4 persons with the use of the lounge sofa bed, which is available upon request and prior confirmation from the owner.

The kitchenette is modern and well equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, Delta coffee machine, electric oven and grill, two induction hobs and an extractor. There is a breakfast bar and two stools. The dining area has a table and seating for four people and the lounge has a sofa which opens up as a double bed, flat screen, showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with countryside views and a table and two chairs. There is also a guest shower room.

Located in the gated resort of Victory Village Club, a four star complex situated on the Sao Lourenco golf course in the heart of Quinta do Lago. Communal facilities which customers are entitled to use are the large communal swimming pool with lifeguard (during summer months), 2 x tennis courts and the poolside café/snack bar (seasonal opening).
