Overview

We are proud to exclusively represent Villa Nemo, a beautiful 4+1 bedroom villa situated in the Quadradinhos area of the prestigious golfing resort of Vale do Lobo. This immaculate, top quality property has recently been renovated to a very high standard so as to create a very luxurious setting from which to enjoy your family villa holiday in the Algarve. With four bedrooms in the main house, all en suite, and a separate 'log cabin' studio annexe, this stunning property sleeps up to 10 persons.

With Wi-Fi internet and a centralized air conditioning system with individual room controls throughout the property and included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Fabulous spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, which is fully equipped with appliances including a coffee maker, toaster, integrated microwave, oven, juicer, fridge freezer, wine chiller and dishwasher on the central island. A separate exterior utility room houses the washing machine. In the living room, the large flat screen TV (with cable channels and an IPTV box with English language channels) can be enjoyed whilst relaxing on the comfy sofas and there is an I-pod docking station for you to listen to your favourite sounds. From the living area, patio doors lead directly to the poolside terraces.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has two twins together to make a double bed- these beds can be prepared as separate twins upon request; a wall mounted TV and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom three has a double bed; wall mounted TV; an en suite shower room and patio doors to a terrace with table and chairs.

The fourth bedroom, the master suite, is on the first floor of the villa and this room has a double bed; a wall mounted TV; patio doors to the private terrace an en suite bathroom with shower unit and double wash basins.

In the grounds of the villa you will find the log cabin studio annexe that sleeps 2 persons. This annexe has a kitchenette with kettle, sink and mini-fridge; an en suite with shower; a/c; a double bed and a TV- plus a nice seating area with table and chairs in the garden.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres with steps entry. The deep end of the pool is 2.25 metres; the mid level is 1.45 metres and shallow end is 1.15 metres in depth. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with 4 single sun loungers and 2 double sun loungers- just perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. Charcoal BBQ for al-fresco dining.

Location

Within walking distance of Villa Nemo is a delightful Portuguese tapas restaurant, and the villa is also situated within walking distance to the main roundabout entrance for Vale do Lobo, where there is a supermarket.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has two excellent golf courses, the Ocean and Royal courses; the renowned tennis centre and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Rates include a maid cleaning service, mid week, except public holidays. Pool towels, hairdryers in all bathrooms and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a cot and highchair in the villa which are available free of charge and upon prior request. Additional cots and highchairs are available for a supplemental charge.
