Villa Sky is a prestigious villa from the exclusive Shantivillas collection of luxury properties located in the beautiful countryside of Malhao, near Boliqueime. Lovely spacious open plan living/dining room with TV with cable channels; Wi-Fi internet; PlayStation 4; Bluetooth speaker and DVD player. Pool table and dining table & chairs.
Fully equipped kitchen with integrated microwave & oven; washing machine; tumble dryer; electric hobs; extractor; dishwasher; coffee maker and American style fridge freezer.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom one has a double bed and an en suite with large walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a double bed, an en suite shower room; safe and dressing area. Upon prior request it is possible for an additional young child to sleep in this room (extra bed supplement applies).
Bedroom three has twin beds and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four has a double bed and an en suite with bath and separate shower unit.
Outside Space
The pool measures approximately 15 x 6 metres and it can be heated for an additional weekly charge which must be booked in advance. There is also a heated children’s pool (7 x 4 metres) and the heating for this pool is included in the rental rates.

Location
The villa is located in the peaceful countryside location of Malhao, a charming hamlet 4kms outside of Boliqueime and 8kms from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne a selection of local bars and restaurants can be found as well as small local supermarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the closest beach, at Falesia, is 14 kms away or a 20 minute drive. Close to the beach at Falesia are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d’Agua and Albufeira. The airport at Faro is 35kms from Casa do Doutor.
Other Items
Included in the price of the villa rental is maid service twice per week (not on Sundays & bank holidays) towels changed midweek and weekly bed linen change. Please let us know upon booking if any of the party will be celebrating a birthday or anniversary during the holiday.
Underfloor heating is throughout the villa, ideal for the cooler months as well as the dual control air conditioning.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Malhao, Paderne.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
