Villa Mirante 2 is a luxury three bedroom villa with private adult and children's pools. A new addition to our superb portfolio of villas, this impeccably furnished and beautifully appointed property enjoys views overlooking the sea and has everything you require for a perfect and relaxing villa holiday.

Villa Mirante 2 is air conditioned throughout- in the living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms, and this is included in the price of the villa. The accommodation is all on one level.

Living Areas

- Entrance hall.

- Living Room complete with flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player, Free Wi-Fi internet access and Playstation 3.

- Dining Room.

- Kitchen with appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, juicer, washing machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker, gas hobs and oven. Breakfast table and chairs.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

- Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite shower and doors to the lawn side garden.

- Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

- Master bedroom three is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, safe, TV, DVD player and doors to the pool sized terrace.

- There is also an additional guest cloakroom.

Outside Space

- Adults swimming pool measuring 10 metres x 5 metres which can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. There are corner Roman steps to enter the pool.

- Separate children’s pool which is heated free of charge and measuring 1.10 metres x 1.40 metres.

- In built charcoal barbecue. Covered dining terrace.

- Open and shaded terraces.

- Table football table.

- Extensive garden with lawn.

- Private parking.

Location

Located within walking distance of the charming resort of Olhos d'Agua and with a wide range of facilities close to hand- there are a selection of restaurants, bars and a large supermarket within close walking distance.

Olhos d'Agua is a delightful coastal resort with a beach and a good range of restaurants and bars to choose from. The town of Albufeira is only a short drive or bus route along the coast, and the nine hole golf courses at Balaia and Pine Cliffs are close by.

For larger groups, this villa is located next door to Villa Mirante 1, a five bedroom villa with additional one bedroom suite.

Other Items

The maid service will be the following - twice per week, 1 x towel change and 1 x linen change for 2 week bookings only.

Please let us know upon booking if any of the party will be celebrating a birthday or anniversary during the holiday.

Internet connection and the 1st highchair will be included free of charge! Pool safety fencing is available free of charge for the adult pool but must be requested at the time of booking. There is no pool fence for the childrens pool.
