Located just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars, spa and the health club that the resort offers.

Complementing the extensive terrace, this villa offers a private garden to enjoy the Algarvian Sunshine, with a private swimming pool and a charcoal barbecue. The swimming is heated free of charge for all clients. This impressive property is perfect for those who want to enjoy pure tranquility in a luxurious private villa.

This villa benefits from individually room controlled air-conditioning, 24 hours Room Service, Housekeeping Service, high speed internet connection, Direct phone line with voice mail, Private carport area. Situated in an exclusive and private location, with access to all Pine Cliffs Resort facilities.

Living Areas

The living area is open plan and includes ample comfy sofa seating, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with Movie On Demand feature and international TV channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and double patio doors leading directly to the poolside terrace. The dining room is complete with a table and seating for eight persons.

The fully equipped kitchen with a central island and 3 stools has appliances including an American style fridge freezer with an ice & water dispenser, electric oven & grill, electric hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, juicer, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available at the villa.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the garden and pool. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the garden and pool. There is a small sitting area with a flat screen Smart TV and patio doors to the poolside.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four and five. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room. Patio doors off the landing open onto a private sunbathing balcony with two sunbeds. Bedroom five is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with two sunbeds.

Outside Space

The spacious manicured private garden is laid to lawn in areas. The pool measures approximately 15 metres x 6 metres, the shallow end of the pool is 1.30 metres and the deep end is 1.70 metres (pool heating included in the rental rate) with steps for entry and a pool cover for the cooler evenings. The sun terrace is furnished with plenty of sunbeds and parasols are provided if you prefer a little shade. There is a charcoal BBQ with a food preparation area perfect for the budding chef to create your al-fresco meals. Comfy outdoor seating is provided as well as an outside dining table and chairs.

Other Items

Breakfast and half-board are free for children between 0-3 years inclusive in the same meal plan as paying parents. For children 4-12 years inclusive, a 50% discount applies in the same meal plan as paying parents. Children age 13 and over are considered adults. The same meal plan is required for all occupants and for the entire stay. With the half-board supplement, guests enjoy buffet breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast is served in Jardim Colonial and/or O'Grill, depending on the resort occupancy/season. A la carte restaurants are not included with the half-board package. Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans.

Full Resort Credit:

Guests can use their full resort credit throughout the resort.

€100 per accommodation, per day, with an additional €15 offered by the resort; totaling €115 per accommodation per day.

With the Resort Credit, guests may dine at any of the open in-resort restaurants for any meal period; breakfast, lunch or dinner (excluding the Yakuza restaurant), subject to seasonal opening and resort occupancy.

The credit can be used for the Serenity Spa, the golf course and Porto Pirata Kids Club.

The resort credit is not applicable in the Resort retail stores, Spa retail products, the Yakuza restaurant nor Albufeira City Tax.

The Resort credit is applicable per accommodation and not per person. Unconsumed credits do not accumulate and cannot be exchanged for cash.
