A lovely three bedroom, three bathroom first floor apartment at the Sao Lourenco village in Quinta do Lago of the highest standard and situated close to the communal pool area. Air conditioning and Wi-fi internet is included free of charge throughout your stay. Located near to the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve it is ideally situated for a calm and relaxing holiday in the Algarve. There is access to a tennis court and a communal swimming pool for all guests using this self-catering holiday apartment in the Algarve, Portugal to enjoy.
Living Areas
The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is complete with a dining table with seating for six, the lounge has two comfortable sofas and two lounge chairs, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, a Bose speaker and double patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course. Gas Weber BBQ and exterior dining table and chairs.
The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and three stools, and appliances include a fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, expresso coffee machine, microwave, electric oven & four electric hobs, plate warmer drawer, washing machine, dryer, extractor fan, dishwasher, wine chiller and a juicer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, Daikin split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, an adjacent shower room with a large walk in shower and a heated towel rail.
Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, digital safe, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning, patio doors opening onto a private balcony overlooking the gardens and golf course, and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of English channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

The Sao Lourenco communal resort facilities include a reception, tennis court and communal pool.
Location
The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
Other Items
A hairdryer and pool towels are available for guests use. For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change.
Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, a 10.00€ is required as a deposit and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
