Apartment Pomegranate is a premium two bedroom retreat, ideally located in the sought after São Lourenço Village in the heart of Quinta do Lago, offering beautiful views of the manicured communal gardens and the nearby golf course. Apartment Pomegranate is the perfect choice for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway in the tranquil surroundings.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included free of charge throughout your stay. The apartment is situated on the first floor and is accessed via a flight of steps ensuring both privacy and scenic views.

The São Lourenço Premium Range apartments are the finest available in the village, beautifully refurbished to a high standard and are exclusively marketed by Sun-hat.

Living Areas

The spacious open plan lounge and dining room are furnished with comfy sofa seating, split unit air conditioning, a large wall mounted Smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, TNT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is also a conveniently positioned dining table with seating for six people located here. Patio doors open directly onto a balcony with views overlooking the communal landscaped gardens and golf course.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge freezer, four electric hobs, extractor, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, toaster, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, a wine cooler and a dishwasher. The washing machine & tumble dryer are located in a cupboard near the front door.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge with views overlooking landscaped gardens and golf course and is furnished with a table and four chairs, a parasol & a gas BBQ, perfect for preparing your al-fresco meals.

The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include maid service - for stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, a 10.00€ is required as a deposit and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.
