The Uruguayan-inspired restaurant has a strong personality cooking in the authentic Parrilla way, the traditional Uruguayan style. The meat is cooked on a custom built grill over firewood from the very particular Alentejo region of Portugal, north of the Algarve. Parrilla Natural also prides itself on the quality of ingredients using only the very best natural produce in its mission to deliver exceptional service on every visit.
All the beef served is 100% grazed and finished on natural grasses and is certified ‘Never Ever’. This guarantees they have ‘Never Ever’ been given Antibiotics, Hormones, Growth promoters or fed grain. The result is a healthy product with a natural taste, which is high in omega 3, Vitamin E, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA’s), is high in nutrients and low in saturated fats.
Aside from beef the menu also features chicken and fish dishes along with vegetarian options. There are some typical South American side dishes and sauces too. And you can discover the well-stocked wine cellar with a large selection of Uruguayan wines. There is also a special menu for children.
And thinking of younger clients, there is a great play area for children at Parilla Natural with slides and rides, an open air cinema complete with a popcorn stall and delicious ice-cream. The area is fully supervised too with the minders expert in face-painting, fun and games. Parrilla Natural's younger guests love it, and the parents love that they can enjoy their meal in peace. You can opt to dine next to the play area in the special seating area, the elegant bar, dining room or outside on the main deck.
