Villa Carlota is a four bedroom villa with private pool that has a fabulous central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, within close walking distance of the famous Praca. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including gas hobs, oven, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, washing machine and fridge freezer.
Open plan living/dining room complete with a TV with IPTV box with English language channels ; wi-fi internet; DVD player; Bluetooth speaker; CD player/ music system. Dining table and 6 chairs.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor. Bedroom one has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres) and bedroom two has twin beds. These two bedrooms share the use of the ground floor family bathroom.
Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres), an en suite bathroom and doors to the terrace overlooking the pool. Bedroom four has twin beds, an en suite bathroom and doors to the terrace.
Outside Space
Villa Carlota benefits from a lovely big plot and swimming pool, which is free form in shape and measures approximately 10 x 5 metres with steps entry. Gas BBQ. Extensive lawn gardens and exterior bathroom. Driveway parking protected by electric entry gate.
Location
The villa enjoys a fabulous position in Vale do Lobo - situated within walking distance of the beach and restaurants at the Praca; the entrance roundabout supermarket and the Vale do Lobo golf club reception.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
