Overview

New and exclusive to the Sun-hat Vilamoura portfolio for Summer 2025, we are very proud to present Villa Viegas, a recently refurbished four bedroom, three bathroom villa built on two levels and complete with a private swimming pool. Set in a quiet, yet central residential area of Vilamoura, the villa is handy for enjoying the many attractions the resort has to offer, including the marina, the golf courses, leisure and tennis centres, restaurants and not forgetting the beautiful blue flag beaches. This villa is ideal for families, couples and golfers alike and includes air conditioning in the bedrooms and Wi-fi Internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

A fully equipped kitchen is complete with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher, there is also a washing machine in the room off the kitchen for your convenience. The lounge has comfortable leather sofas and is open plan to the dining area. There is a wall mounted flat screen smart television that has a wide selection of channels available and please bring your own log-in credentials to access applications such as Netflix and Amazon prime on the smart TV. The meticulous owners have ensured that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe, there is also an adjacent bathroom with shower that can also serve as a guest cloakroom.

On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms, one of the twin bedrooms has access to a balcony with views to the front of the house. These two twin bedrooms share the use of the adjacent family bathroom with shower. Also on the first floor there is also a master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower and access to a private terrace with seating area. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside Space

The inviting saltwater pool measures 9 metres x 5 metres with steps and ladder entry and is surrounded on the terrace by eight sun loungers, a parasol, a comfy seating area and an outdoor dining table and chairs. With a built-in charcoal barbeque, you can gather the family together for al fresco dining and there is also a table tennis table for outdoor fun!

Location

Near to the Hilton Hotel and the famous ‘The Old Village’ complex, with a good selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarket and also close to a golf course and cafe all within walking distance, making this property ideal for families.

Vilamoura's marina has an air of exclusivity, with a choice of fashionable bars, designer shops and both Portuguese and International restaurants and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the chic lifestyle of the resort, whilst enjoying a cool drink or a superb meal in one of the numerous waterside bars, that look out over the luxury boats and yachts. The marina is flanked either side by two glorious golden sand blue flag beaches, Marina beach to the east and the majestic Falesia beach to the west. There are a selection of six championship golf courses in the resort of Vilamoura and neighbouring Vila Sol.

Vilamoura enjoys a central Algarve location, close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Albufeira and Almancil. The distance from the airport at Faro is approximately just 25 minutes by car. Carvoeiro can reached within a 30-minute drive, whilst Loulé is only 10 minutes inland and the town of Quarteira is literally next door. Both of these towns have excellent weekly markets, Loule on a Saturday and Quarteira on a Wednesday.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service, mid-week and weekly bathroom towel change and weekly bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience. There is also a complimentary welcome pack kindly provided by the owners.
