Located on the beautiful Paynes Bay Beach in St James, Chanel No. 5 is one of 6 luxury 3-storey townhouses at Mahogany Bay.

The ground floor of the townhouse includes an open-plan living and dining room with French doors that open up to the patio, plunge pool, and garden.

Guests can take a short walk from the garden and enjoy the pristine white sands of the beach, perfect for snorkelling or leisurely strolls along the shoreline.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and balconies with stunning views of the garden and beach. The master bedroom suite occupies the entire second floor and features a spacious sitting area, en-suite bathroom, and walk-in dressing room.

Master bedroom; king sized bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 2; king bed with en-suite and shower. Bedroom 3; twin beds (which can convert to a king if preferred, with advance notice) and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Amenities

Amenities include air-conditioned bedrooms, hair dryer, WiFi, security (12 hours daily), water sports by request*, garden, CD player, cable TV, safe, BBQ, ceiling fans and security system.

Chanel No.5 is in an ideal location, just a quick 5-minute drive from the renowned Sandy Lane Hotel and the lively shopping area of Holetown. Guests can also explore a diverse array of fine dining options along Barbados' picturesque West Coast.

Other Items

Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $1000 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The security deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12pm.

Guests are not permitted to use P20 sunscreen, which can cause irreparable damage to linens that is not visible until laundered. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of guests to ensure that their sunscreen does not contain P20. The property manager does advise that guests will be charged up to $50 per damaged towel or up to $300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
