Villa Rose at 28 Forest Hills is situated in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Golf and Country Club on the West Coast of Barbados.

An elegant holiday home, it is semi-detached and offers spacious and comfortable on two levels.

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area is located on the upper level with doors out to terrace.

The lower level features the three tastefully decorated bedrooms, two bedrooms with king-size double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms.

The upper-level terrace is part open & part covered and furnished with table & chairs. It is a lovely spot to relax and take in the views of the surrounding area, the golf course & putting greens, and Barbados’ western coastline beyond.

Forest Hills large communal swimming pool, with children’s section, is just a short walk away, through the resort gardens. It is bordered by a large terrace, with seating & sunbathing areas, and there is a covered pergola at one end, to provide shade and a welcome escape from the midday sun.

Parking area & steps up to upper level & entrance into;

The open plan living/dining and kitchen area is located on the upper level. There is a Smart TV and speaker, DVD player, high speed WIFI, ceiling fans and doors out to terrace.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped with breakfast bar, wine fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Steps down to lower level;

Three tastefully decorated bedrooms - one bedroom with king-size double bed, Smart TV, and speaker, one further bedroom with king-size bed and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Outside Area

Forest Hills large communal swimming pool, with children’s section, is just a short walk away, through the resort gardens. It is bordered by a large terrace, with seating & sunbathing areas, and there is a covered pergola at one end, to provide shade and a welcome escape from the hot midday sun.

Cot and Highchair are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa is staffed with a housekeeper that will prepare the property fully for arrival, keep the property spotless, servicing bedrooms and bathrooms each morning – daily cleaning service and change of linen & towels 3 times a week.

Air-conditioning in the bedrooms only ceiling fans in the living area.
