Please note that the Security Deposit is £800 for the 3 bedroom rental & £400 for the 2 bedroom rental and the local management company require us to take this pre-departure & hold this for the duration of your stay. Any damages or breakages will be advised to us by the local management company, will be charged and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.
