This villa can be rented as either a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom property.

3 Bedrooms – 1 bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite full shower room, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room (which can also be made up as a king), 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and en-suite shower room (which can also be accessed from the hallway).

Please note that the Security Deposit is £400 and the local management company require us to take this pre-departure & hold this for the duration of your stay. Any damages or breakages will be advised to us by the local management company, will be charged and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.
