Sapphire Beach is a fantastic development ideally situated on the vibrant south coast of the island. It overlooks the white sand and sparkling sea of Dover beach on one hand, and is within easy walking distance of the restaurants, nightlife and amenities of St. Lawrence Gap on the other.
Sapphire Beach 517 is a luxury three-bedroom penthouse.
Equipped with flat screen television and cable, the living room is well appointed in restful, neutral tones, leading to the balcony through glass sliding doors, offering sweeping views over the beach and ocean.
The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The en-suite master bedroom with a king bed, boasts magnificent sea views. The second bedroom also has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom has twin beds with the third bathroom adjacent.
This unit comes with all the modern amenities and there is air-conditioning, ceiling fans and WIFI throughout. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a mandatory final cleaning charge to be paid pre arrival of $150, requested by the house manager of property.
Guest facilities at Sapphire Beach include two freshwater swimming pools, a fitness centre, an assigned parking space for the apartment and 24hr security on site. Housekeeping is once per week.
Please note that after arrival, the local management company will ask you for your credit card details and the Security Deposit of $750 will be debited accordingly. Any damages or breakages, or additional charges such as concierge, will be charged to this credit card and an invoice raised accordingly. The security deposit, or any balance thereof, will be held until 14 days after departure and then refunded accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE; Guests are not permitted to use P20 sunscreen, which can cause irreparable damage to linens that is not visible until laundered. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of guests to ensure that their sunscreen does not contain P20. The property manager does advise that guests will be charged up to $50 per damaged towel or up to $300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
