Travelling up a sweeping private drive to the renovated villa with its grand entrance, it is set in over 4 acres of land with lots of trails to immerse yourself in the tranquillity.
If travelling with children there is a football pitch with goalposts, swing ball, ,trampoline plus a table tennis table and more.
The villa is suitable for the discerning traveller who appreciates the finer things in life. There are plenty of quality antiques to enjoy mixed with all the modern day features. It is a great villa if there are two families travelling as there are so many areas you can escape to in your own little bit of paradise.
The antiques were carefully chosen by the owner and are tastefully placed around the villa, the bedrooms and bathrooms are on a grand scale.
There are great dining terraces and cosy areas with comfy sofas to enjoy the views and peace and quiet, one area I thought would be great as a ‘gin terrace’ in the late afternoon or evening with beautiful views across the grounds.
The outside pool area is fabulous with a most beautiful large swimming pool, 15 x 7.5metres and an attached shallow pool suitable for children measuring 2 x 7.5metres, the terrace around the pool has plenty of outdoor furniture and space to enjoy the sun.
It was finally time for me to leave the villa and back to reality as the villa is just a haven of peace and tranquillity.
