Villa Sou is a six-bedroomed property with private pool, set in the countryside between Alcudia and Pollensa.

With 6 bedrooms & 6 shower rooms (all en-suites) you can indulge in the ultimate blend of spacious living, modern amenities, and breathtaking surroundings, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable family gatherings and memorable getaways with friends.

As you enter the villa's private driveway, ample parking for three to four cars greets you.

Step through the gates and discover a haven of relaxation, where multiple outdoor areas await your leisure.

Unwind by the swimming pool, surrounded by a decked terrace with sun loungers and a day bed, while soaking up views of the Majorcan countryside and the sea & bay in the distance.

Gather for al fresco dining on the expansive back terrace, equipped with barbecue facilities, and for those willing to go the extra mile, a wood-burning pizza oven awaits to create culinary masterpieces.

There is table football, a pool table and a table tennis table for entertainment!

The villa's flexible layout caters perfectly to multi-family gatherings, offering three distinct "apartments" that can be tailored to your needs. Two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, ideal for families with young children. Four bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms occupy the upper floor. Two of these bedrooms can be closed off to create a separate two-bedroom apartment with its own access from the back terrace.

Living Areas

2 steps up to front terrace & villa entrance;

Ground floor – entrance hall, archway to living area with beamed ceilings, feature stone wall & tiled floor, with large comfortable sofas & chairs, Smart TV & WIFI, leading to character kitchen/dining area with 3 ring gas hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, table & chairs and door to front & rear terrace.

NOTE: There is a wood-burning stove in the living/dining area, but it is ornamental. The same applies to the fireplace in the kitchen: However, the barbecue and wood-burning pizza oven in the back terrace are available to customers.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

2 steps up to front terrace & villa entrance;

Ground floor – entrance hall, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and interconnecting door to further bedroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom also has its own access.

Staircase leading to the first floor – up 1 step to 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, up 1 step to 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and interconnecting & 3 steps down to 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

Distance to the beach: 5.8 kms to Alcudia and 9.8 kms to Puerto Pollensa.

Distance to the town: 4.7 kms to Alcudia and 6.8 kms to Pollensa.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and change of bed linen once a week, towel change twice a week. Pool towels included.

Air conditioning in the bedrooms, without time restrictions.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV1150

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
