Maca de Castro leads this family business with a firm commitment to Mediterranean cuisine and based on the quality of the best local products with traditional dishes offered à la carte and in a very summery atmosphere, elegant but at the same time relaxed.

His apprenticeship at the hands of chef Hilario Arbelaitz (Zuberoa), transmitted to Maca de Castro the knowledge and essence of Nouvelle cuisine.
