Can Canals has had its own restaurant since 1992 where, over the years, it has introduced all its customers to the local and traditional gastronomic culture of Mallorca.
The cuisine has evolved and innovated until it became a sophisticated kitchen with roots. Always based on native products, some made on the Can Canals farm itself, such as vegetables, fruits, jams and oil, and others from proximity such as grain meats and fish from the southern area of the Island of Mallorca. The result has been translated into dishes with tastes and textures that lead clients to enjoy authentic cuisine, being able to choose between a tasting menu or à la carte dishes.
The restaurant has two indoor rooms and an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool.
