Nestled on the side of a green and wooded valley, El Niu de L’Oronella offers the perfect holiday home for those looking for a peaceful and restful location.

It is close to both the village of Deia, with its tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets and Soller, with its port, sandy beaches and varied water sports and activities.

El Niu de L’Oronella offers spacious & comfortable accommodation for 8 persons.

The traditional Mallorcan interiors feature terracotta floors and original wooden doors, and the villa is flooded with light.

You’ll have two comfortable sofas & & two pouffes to lounge on in the living area and a dining table that can seat eight people. A second living area is set up for entertainment purposes. Here you will find a flat-screen TV with Satellite/cable, a DVD player, video library and a stereo. There is WIFI throughout the property. The fully equipped kitchen will cover all your culinary needs and there are table & chairs and a portable BBQ for alfresco dining.

There are 4 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom on the ground floor and 3 further bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin bedrooms) on the first floor and there are 3 shower rooms.

One of the best features of Villa El Niu de L’Oronella – the breathtaking sea views. From the swimming pool, and the surrounding sun terrace, you can admire the views of the turquoise Mediterranean Sea and lush, green trees.

Note – The final approach to El Niu de L’Oronella is a country lane-dirt track & care should be taken.

In view of the access, steep driveway & numerous steps to the villa, as well as the steps, levels & horizontal balustraded railings at the villa, this property is not suitable for the elderly or children.

Ground floor – entrance hall & 4 steps down to split-level living/dining area, with two comfortable sofas & two pouffes, Satellite TV, WIFI & doors to terrace, archway to kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & doors to terrace.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Parking area & steps down (24) and steep driveway (150m approx.) & further steps down (26) to the villa & entrance;

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace & ensuite shower room, 1 cloakroom.

First floor – note first part of the staircase has 4 open steps;

Mezzanine landing - Master bedroom with double bed, doors to terrace & en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom (can be made up as a double) with doors to terrace, 1 further twin bedroom (can be made up as a double), 1 shower room.

Open & covered terraces, table & chairs, and portable BBQ for alfresco dining.

Note - Parking above villa, very steep hill & steps to access.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Central heating available on request, for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Pool is heatable, available on request at a supplementary charge of 550 euros per week. Not available between 1st June and 30th September.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
