Villa Ladybird is built into the hillside in Contrada Fontanelle, just a short drive from the historic old town of Marsala. The location is perfect, as it combines the quiet of the countryside with the comfort of staying midway between the city centre and the beach.

Villa Ladybird has been built to a high specification, is elegant and minimalist in design, and offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation, with five bedrooms, all with en-suites, on three levels. There are large picture windows and doors, which offer panoramic views of this Western side of Sicily, and the beautiful Aegadian Archipeligo.

Villa Ladybird is a 100% green villa with a photovoltaic system for energy supply.

Living Areas

Lower ground floor/Lower level - Living/dining area with flat screen Satellite TV, Smart TV with Netflix, Radio/I-pod docking station, WIFI and doors to terrace, kitchen with electric oven & gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace (with barbecue), utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Ground floor/Middle level – 4 bedrooms (2 of which can either be made up as double or twin bedrooms), all with flat screen Satellite TVs and en-suites (2 with hydro massage showers and 2 with hydro massage bath). There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

First floor/Upper level – 1 double bedroom with flat screen Satellite TV, en-suite shower room (with hydro massage shower) and doors to terrace overlooking the garden and the coast.

Outside Space

There is a salt-water swimming pool, with infinity edge, and hydromassage corner, surrounded by a sun terrace with bean-bag chairs, sun loungers and parasols, and a large and elegant Mediterranean-style garden with various terraces, furnished to serve as dining areas, and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining.

Villa Ladybird is located in Contrada Fontanelle, just a short drive from the historic old town of Marsala - city centre, 8kms, and beach, 6kms. Well situated for the well-known local restaurant, La Lumiere.

Cleaning and Laundry service as follows;

Fast cleaning and linen change every 7days – on booking of more than 14 days.

A midweek clean (bedrooms/bathrooms) and change towels – on bookings of more than 7 days.

Swimming pool, open Easter to end of October.

Out of hours arrivals after 2000hrs - on request - at an additional charge payable locally - 2000 - 2200hrs 30 euros and 2200 - 2400hrs 50 euros.
