We know you may be concerned about government travel restrictions in 2021, so we offer you our Travel Restriction Assurance for your peace of mind.
Book your 2021 villa knowing you can move dates or get a Credit Voucher for the full value of your payment if your travel dates are affected by FCDO or local government advice, or restrictions in your destination country.
You will still need to buy or maintain your normal travel insurance for all other matters as this will only cover you for moving your booking in the case of Travel Restrictions by governments.
Travel Restrictions Assurance T & C's
"Travel Restrictions Assurance" guarantees the customer a cancellation and new booking with revised dates, or a Credit Voucher for monies paid.
If there are travel restrictions at your chosen destination country 6 weeks (42 days) before the first day of the rental, we will cancel your booking and you will receive Credit Voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook at your convenience.
Should you decide to go ahead and travel to your rental property with travel restrictions in place you may of course do this, but would need to sign off your agreement to travel under current travel restrictions, and you would waive your Travel Restrictions Assurance. Your balance payment would need to be fully paid.
For any new bookings confirmed 70 days or less before the first day of the rental, the Travel Restrictions Assurance is not available.
Any bookings within a destination where travel restrictions are in place which are made 70 or less days before arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking and will be not be eligible for a Credit Voucher.
We reserve the right to withdraw Credit and Debit card facilities for certain properties in line with instructions from the owners.
You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but not limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.
