Villa Isabella is a property of stylish and contemporary design and is the perfect choice for a family or group wishing to holiday together.

The contemporary equipment assures a comfortable and pleasant holiday in a private and meticulously kept ambience.

Affording an authentic Tuscan setting, and accessed by a little bumpy dirt road (as often in Chianti!), it is best to arrive with a car with higher suspension or a 4x4.

The views are really breath-taking views and will be the reward!

Spacious and bright kitchen with dining area and fire place - ideal for cooking classes and everyone who enjoys preparing Tuscan dishes. Equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, good selection of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.

Laundry room washing machine.

Dining area, sitting room with exit to the garden.

Ground floor – 1 double bedroom with shower en-suite, 1 bedroom with four bunk beds ( suitable for children only), 1 toilet.

Garden floor - A further 2 double bedrooms, one with shower en-suite and one with just shower and sink (no toilet).

Outside Space

Garden Terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, BBQ, private garden with outstanding views of the valley and Panzano.

Private Swimming Pool with sun-beds, 160 cm deep. Please note due to the steep steps which lead to the pool, we do not recommend this villa for small children.

Vegetable garden with seasonal sun ripe ingredients for your meals.

There is no air conditioning at this villa but high quality screens are at all windows and doors.

There is WiFi provided at the villa.

Inclusive in rental is cooking gas, electricity, water, use of swimming pool, towels with change twice a

week, bed linen with change once a week, mid week cleaning of four hours / week,

final cleaning, electricity, use of mountain bikes, wifi, use of BBQ, first supply of

kitchen products e.g. scottex, paper napkins, detergent for dishwasher etc.

Exclusive and payable locally

Any additional maid service, heating, fire wood.

There is a local tourist tax for villas in the district of Panzano and Greve, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
