Tastefully furnished and exquisitely restored, it can accommodate 10 persons very comfortably in its five bedrooms, with an extra 2 persons, being accommodated on request, with the option of being accommodated in either 2 sofa beds or 2 single beds as preferred - there is a €50 daily charge, up to a maximum of 12 guests in total.

All bedrooms enjoy en-suite shower rooms, air-conditioning, a kettle for tea or coffee, a minibar, Sat TV/WIFI and a safe.

It is the perfect choice for a large family or group looking to holiday together in a high-quality accommodation.

The enchanting views onto the Chianti landscape from the terraces, the pool area and a few bedrooms are overwhelming. Spacious outdoor areas with elegant garden furniture and several al fresco dining areas are a wonderful plus to be enjoyed too.

The Professional kitchen opens to the dining area and exits to the panorama terrace. It is well-equipped with high quality appliances Gaggenau: hob, oven, refrigerators, Miele: dishwasher

Suite Q 24 sqm plus 20 sqm living room:

Luxurious bedroom with queen-size double bed. This double bed can be separated into two singles.

There is a separate living room with an antique fireplace and a comfortable sofa (which converts into a sofa bed). En-suite shower room.

Suite L 20 sqm

Divided into two living spaces with a private terrace, which offers direct access to the pool.

The terrace is furnished with a comfortable sofa set, two armchairs, two loungers and a sunshade. Bedroom with double bed, an ottoman and en-suite shower room.

First floor: from the entrance area leads a staircase to three suites;

Suite A 28 sqm

Divided into two levels with a bedroom and living area separated by a half-height glass wall. This double bed can be separated into two singles.

There is an elegant living area with comfortable sofa (which converts into a sofa bed). This bright suite offers windows and views on three sides. En-suite shower room.

Suite E 20 sqm

Double bedroom with sofa (which converts into a single bed) and en-suite shower room.

Suite B 25 sqm

Bedroom with king-size double bed, small sitting area and en-suite shower room.

This suite offers enough space to easily accommodate an extra single bed, if desired.

Several terraces and patios with outdoor dining areas, and very nice garden furniture.
