Having been elegantly restored, by its owners, and offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation on two levels, for 14 persons and is the ideal choice for a large family or group for their Tuscan holiday.

There are several sitting rooms to relax in, an ornate dining room, a well-equipped kitchen and seven most elegant, attractive suites, all furnished in traditional style, each with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room.

Surrounded by manicured gardens, the panorama is unique and offers wonderful views.

A private path leads to the swimming pool area and terraces. Enjoy the heated pool, the sauna, a relaxing drink on the terrace, or a delicious supper alfresco.

Finally, why not enjoy a wine tour at the owner´s wine estate and a tasting of exquisite wines and olive oil.

The rectangular swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround (natural paving design), with sun loungers & parasols, is gated and heatable * (heated by gas, cost depending on consumption, payable locally). In the pool house, there is changing room with showers & toilet and a sauna.

There are several panoramic terraces, one with an outdoor dining area, with tasteful and stylish garden furniture, and summer kitchen & a barbecue for alfresco dining.
