Brand new and exclusive to the Sun-hat portfolio for summer 2025, Sun-hat are delighted to welcome you to Villa Oura, a detached four bedroom villa with a private swimming pool conveniently located within walking distance of both the Albufeira old and new towns, and also situated only a short distance from the nearest beach. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates of this fantastically priced property!

Living Areas

The lounge and dining area are of an open plan design and comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), a dining table and chairs, and for the cooler months there is a log burner.

The kitchen features a breakfast table and chairs and is well equipped with appliances including a microwave, electric oven, four hobs, kettle, toaster, washing machine, filter coffee machine & Dulce Gusto coffee pod machine, fridge freezer, sandwich maker, and a juicer. There is also a convenient door that opens onto the outside dining area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedroom one which is a twin room with spilt unit air conditioning and patio doors that lead directly to the pool terrace and garden. This bedroom uses the adjacent separate shower room.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and patio doors leading to a private balcony overlooking the pool with lovely far reaching sea views and furnished with a table and four chairs. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors to a Juliet balcony. Both bedrooms three and four share the separate full family bathroom.

Outside Space

The salt water swimming pool measures approximately 9m x 4.5m and has a ladder for convenient entry. There is an outside shower for you to rinse off before or after a dip! The garden is laid to lawn in places and features a charcoal BBQ for your al-fresco dining. The sun terrace is furnished with eight sun loungers and two parasols. The covered outside dining area is complete with a table and seating for eight people. The driveway has offroad parking space for two cars.

Villa Oura is located in a quiet residential area of Areias de São João, between the busy Praia d'Oura area and the old town of Albufeira, with its cobbled streets, lively atmosphere, and numerous restaurants and eateries. The nearest beaches are also within walking distance.

Rates include a midweek light maid cleaning service, with a bathroom towel change; and a weekly cleaning service with a bathroom towel change and a bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers,and a safe are provided for your convenience.
