Overview

Villa d'Oura is a sensational luxury villa that is situated in a prime cliff top location with fabulous views over the ocean. The villa, which sleeps up to 16 persons, enjoys a tranquil setting and yet is only a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants of the lively Praia d'Oura and Montechoro Strip in Albufeira. With a heated Jacuzzi from which to relax and enjoy those panoramic sunsets!

Air conditioning in the open plan living/ dining room and all bedrooms.

The garage has a gym with free weights, running machine and exercise bike.

Living Areas

On the entrance (ground) floor there is a lovely spacious open plan living/ dining room with a distinctive stone flooring with full length windows so the far reaching sea views can be fully appreciated. Comfy sofas, card table and dining table. Separate TV area with log fire. Cable television channels and DVD player.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an American fridge freezer; microwave; two ovens; gas hobs; food processor; dishwasher; toaster; Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast room with an additional fridge freezer.

On the upper floor of the villa there is a small office. On the lower level of the villa there is games room with a pool table and access to the garage and shower room which houses the washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are two interconnecting twin rooms on the ground floor which are ideal for children- each of the twin beds have pull out sofa beds so the rooms can each accommodate up to 4 persons. The first twin bedroom has double wardrobes, TV and DVD player and both bedrooms share the bathroom through which the rooms interconnect. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor of the villa there are four en suite double rooms. Master bedroom one has a TV and an en suite shower room with a hydro massage shower. Doors lead to the shared first floor terrace which has a beautiful sea view.

Bedroom two on the first floor has an en suite bathroom, and bedroom three has an en suite shower room with dual wash basins and a hairdryer. Double bedroom four is accessed via an exterior passageway and has an en suite shower room and doors to the terrace shared with the Master bedroom.

Outside Space

The outside area of this villa is simply glorious, with beautiful sea views which can be enjoyed from the lawn gardens or from the wooden decking pool area with a heated Jacuzzi, swimming pool measuring approximately 10 metres x 6 metres and patio furniture. The pool can be heated for a supplemental charge, April to October for heating outside of these dates the price is on application. There is also a shaded dining area with a charcoal BBQ and sea views.

Villa d'Oura enjoys a superb location in a tranquil setting overlooking the sea, whilst at the same time being just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars, restaurants and nightlife of the lively areas of Praia d'Oura and the Montechoro Strip.

Other Items

Rates include a regular maid service and towel change and linen change twice weekly. Please note that a security deposit of €1000 will be taken and held on your credit card upon check-in.
