Overview

Apartment Herdade dos Salgados is a modern two bedroom retreat with a communal swimming pool and access to an underground carpark complete with a private parking space for the apartment residents. Nestled in the Herdade dos Salgados area of Gale and just a stones throw from the stunning Gale beach.

This first floor apartment is situated in a block with a lift spanning all floors. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen is bright and airy, with large patio windows that flood this space with natural light, comfortably furnished with ample sofa & chair seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of international cable channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a dining table with seating for six people. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including four electric hobs, an extractor, juicer, kettle, toaster, integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, a fridge freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the shared balcony with the bedrooms and this is furnished with a gas BBQ and a table with four chairs.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a flat screen Smart TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV and this bedroom has the use of the adjacent bathroom.

Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same selection of channels as the previous TV's and an en suite bathroom with double vanities.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge and bedrooms is furnished with a table and four chairs, ideal for relaxing with a cool drink, there is also a gas BBQ for the budding chefs in the group. The resort offers a range of amenities, including a communal swimming pool and beautifully landscaped gardens, providing a peaceful oasis close to the coastline.

Location

Apartment Herdade dos Salgados' location is unbeatable for beach lovers. Gale Beach, renowned for its golden sands and crystal clear waters, is just a short stroll away. Additionally, the surrounding area offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops, ensuring you have everything you need within easy reach. Albufeira town, famous for its interesting old town, nightlife and Marina is only a 10 minute drive. Also a 10 minute drive away is the town of Guia, considered by many as the home of Chicken Piri-Piri restaurants. The Algarve shopping complex and the renowned Zoomarine family attraction park are also located here in Guia.

Along this stretch of coastline you will find some of the Algarve’s very best beaches. The beaches near Gale and Vale da Parra broadly fit into two categories. Gloriously wide, tourist friendly expanses of sand and the more intimate coves that are bigger on caves and stunning rock formation but smaller on facilities and convenience. Golf is available at the nearby Salgados golf course.
