The second level of the property features a spacious air conditioned master double suite with an en-suite bathroom with corner Jacuzzi bath and patio windows to balcony with sea view and overlooking the pool/tennis area,

Patio windows on the second level lead to a balcony with sea view overlooking the swimming pool/tennis area.
The O Monte complex benefits from a very large communal pool with two children's pools surrounded by terraces, lawn gardens and a tennis court.
Location
This extremely spacious apartment is centrally located and is just 600 metres to the Blue flag beaches of Galé. There is a cafe next door and the supermarket and restaurants are just a short walk. The golf at Salgados is 1km away. Albufeira, famous for its nightlife and interesting Old town, is just a 10 minute drive. There is also a bus service in the local area. There is Apolonia supermarket(voted one of the best in the Algarve) just 350 metres away

Maid service is twice weekly. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment. The apartment’s management company can provide an internet service to clients in their nearby head office.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Gale, Vale da Parra and Guia.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
