This lovely villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, close to the popular Blue Flag beaches of Galé (a 2 minute drive) and with the nearest beach and beach bar of ‘São Lourenço´ just 300 metres away- only a few minutes walk. There are numerous good local restaurants in the immediate area.

The villa has been completely renovated and now has beautiful bathrooms, a modern kitchen and full air conditioning. Built on two levels, the accommodation consists of on the ground floor: Lounge / dining room with digital Satellite TV and CD/Radio/Cassette and DVD, Wi-fi internet, Patio doors leading to dining terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, Dishwasher and microwave.

Ground Floor:Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Full Bathroom.
First floor: Double bedroom with doors to terrace, Twin bedroom and a bathroom.
Outside Space
The villa has a fenced swimming pool which measures 7metres x 4metres with steps, perfect for families with young children. There is a large brick built BBQ and shower. Surrounding the pool is a walled garden and driveway.

Maid service is twice weekly. Smoking is not permitted within the villa. Pool towels provided.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Gale, Vale da Parra and Guia.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
