As you enter through the gated entrance, a majestic 300 metres tree-lined driveway will guide you to this truly unparalleled residence, offering far reaching views of the beautiful Atlantic ocean.

Living Areas

The large living space seamlessly connects to the elegant dining room and modern kitchen. The lounge area exudes comfort with plush leather sofas and luxurious armchairs. Through the triple patio doors you can enjoy views of the pool and surrounding grounds from the upper balcony from where steps lead down to the pool terrace. The spacious dining table accommodates ten people, and for those musically inclined, a delightful grand piano provides endless entertainment.

The country-style kitchen boasts a contemporary design with a central island, equipped with top quality appliances which include:- A gas range with four hobs and a large electric oven, two dishwashers, two toasters, a kettle, a Smeg coffee machine, a fridge freezer, a Nutribullet, and a microwave ensure convenience and culinary excellence. The balcony off the kitchen, accessed through the patio doors, offers a charming setting for al fresco dining with a table and seating for six.

Adjacent to the kitchen, a cosy eating area features a wall-mounted TV showcasing an array of IPTV channels, including popular English language channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports. Furnished with a table and seating for eight, this space combines entertainment and dining seamlessly. The patio doors lead to a delightful children's play area, complete with a trampoline and faux grass.

Additionally, the utility area, located off the kitchen, houses essential appliances such as two washing machines, two tumble dryers, iron, and ironing board. A guest cloakroom is also conveniently situated on this level.

On the upper level of the property you will find the sound proofed entertainment room complete with comfy cinema style seating and a large flat screen Smart TV showing array of IPTV channels, including popular English language channels such as BBC, ITV, BT Sports, and Sky Sports. Bedrooms and bathrooms

The upper level of the property houses all four bedrooms, which share a spacious wrap-around balcony that features stairs at either end leading down to a mid-level large balcony on one side and to the pool area on the other side, and these stairs are gated to keep young children safe.

The first bedroom boasts a luxurious four poster queen size double bed, and a sofa bed suitable for a child up to 10 years, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan, and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a cosy double room with a queen sized bed, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan, and an en suite full bathroom with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom three is a family room with a queen sized four poster double bed, a day bed for a child up to 10 years, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the shared balcony. Adjoining this room is an additional double bedroom with a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to the shared balcony. These two bedrooms share the use of the en suite full bathroom with separate shower and a heated towel rail. All bedrooms offer lovely far reaching sea views.

The two bedroom apartment

The charming two bedroom cottage style apartment has an entrance located near to the pool area and boasts a simplistic yet elegant design. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchenette are tastefully furnished with comfortable sofa and chair seating. A flat screen Smart TV has Netflix available, please bring your own log-in credentials. The kitchenette is complete with a breakfast bar and four stools, and is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster and a kettle. The adjacent dining area features a dining table that comfortably seats six people.

The first bedroom is a cosy double room with an air conditioning unit, fitted wardrobes and access to the adjacent separate bathroom which features a heated towel rail. The second bedroom is also a double room with an air conditioning unit and fitted wardrobes, but it has the added luxury of an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. There are two fold-up beds available in the living area of the apartment, sleeping a maximum of two extra persons.

Whilst the apartment is equipped with air conditioning units in the bedrooms, the bedrooms in the main villa boast Smart Air Cool + Purifying devices in addition to quality elegant ceiling fans, so throughout all of the bedrooms you are ensured the utmost comfort for your stay.

Outside Space

The expansive garden boasts a perfectly manicured lawn with chill-out areas, along with a delightful 4 hole putting green complete with putters and balls for your enjoyment. Additionally, a superb private tennis court awaits, equipped with racquets and balls. Positioned at one end of the tennis court is a brand new Pickleball court- Pickleball being the fastest growing sport in the USA. You can immerse yourself in the stunning swimming pool, measuring approximately 13m x 7m and with steps and a ladder for entry, it offers the perfect oasis for a refreshing dip, or for exercise through swimming with the pool being three metres deep at the deep end and just over a metre deep in the shallow end.

Bask in the sun's warm embrace on the spacious sunbathing terrace, furnished with ten sun loungers. Two hanging swing seats beckon you to relax and unwind. The poolside bar area is fully equipped with its own fridge, ensuring your favourite beverages are always at hand. For the culinary connoisseurs among your group, the large gas BBQ is an ideal choice for creating delectable al fresco meals. Gather around the expansive dining table, which comfortably seats sixteen, and savour the flavours of a shared feast, and there is an additional al fresco dining area which seats fourteen persons.

The summer kitchen located next to the pool, is complete with a breakfast counter and four stools, and is thoughtfully equipped with modern appliances including a microwave, fridge freezer, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a dishwasher. This area also offers entertainment options for the whole family, complete with a Bose portable speaker, a flat screen Smart TV on a stand (where you can stream your favourite shows on Netflix, please bring your own log-in credentials), and for those friendly holiday tournaments choose between the pool table and the table tennis table. Additionally, a guest cloak/shower room is conveniently located on this level, ensuring utmost convenience and comfort.

Location

Located in the Calicas hills just a short drive from the golden sandy Meia Praia beach and Lagos city centre. There is a range of excellent golf courses nearby, water sports galore to choose from, and you can reach the west coast famous for its surfing beaches within a 30-minute drive.

Lagos city is known for its walled old town, cliffs and Atlantic beaches. Steep wooden steps lead to the sandy cove of Praia do Camilo. The nearby cliffs of Ponta de Piedade offer sweeping headland views and a lighthouse. The church of Santo Antonio (Igreja de Santo António), an ornate 18th-century church, sits across from the Castelo dos Governadores, a castle with a baroque façade and watchtowers.

Lagos Historical Centre & Marina (general amenities such as banks/cash points, restaurants/bars, shops, chemists) is a short drive away. Also:-

• Meia Praia (nearest beach with excellent beach bars) is 2 minutes drive away

• Palmares Golf Couse (the nearest to the property but there quite a few to choose from) is 2 minutes drive away

• West Coast (famous for its rugged surf beaches): 35 kms

• Faro Airport: 45 minutes drive

• Lisbon or Seville Airports: 2,5 hours drive

Other Items

Maid service is Monday to Friday x 3hrs per day with a midweek towel change and weekly linen change. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

A basic welcome hamper is kindly supplied by the owner upon arrival (drinking water, wine, beers, juice/soft drinks, milk, coffee, tea, bread, butter, honey, sweet & savoury biscuits, sugar, salt & pepper, local cheese, olives, seasonal fruit, guest soaps & lavatory paper, essential cleaning products such as washing up liquid, dishwasher & washing machine detergents, spare electrical bulbs, candles & matches, mosquito repellent and gas for barbeque use).
