The spacious dining table accommodates ten people, and for those musically inclined, a delightful grand piano provides endless entertainment.

Bedroom three is a family room with a queen sized four poster double bed, a day bed for a child up to 10 years, fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the shared balcony. Adjoining this room is an additional double bedroom with a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to the shared balcony. These two bedrooms share the use of the en suite full bathroom with separate shower and a heated towel rail. All bedrooms offer lovely far reaching sea views.
The charming two bedroom cottage style apartment has an entrance located near to the pool area and boasts a simplistic yet elegant design. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchenette are tastefully furnished with comfortable sofa and chair seating. A flat screen Smart TV has Netflix available, please bring your own log-in credentials. The kitchenette is complete with a breakfast bar and four stools, and is equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, four electric hobs, an extractor, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster and a kettle. The adjacent dining area features a dining table that comfortably seats six people.
The first bedroom is a cosy double room with an air conditioning unit, fitted wardrobes and access to the adjacent separate bathroom which features a heated towel rail. The second bedroom is also a double room with an air conditioning unit and fitted wardrobes, but it has the added luxury of an en suite bathroom with a heated towel rail. There are two fold-up beds available in the living area of the apartment, sleeping a maximum of two extra persons.
Whilst the apartment is equipped with air conditioning units in the bedrooms, the bedrooms in the main villa boast Smart Air Cool + Purifying devices in addition to quality elegant ceiling fans, so throughout all of the bedrooms you are ensured the utmost comfort for your stay.
The expansive garden boasts a perfectly manicured lawn with chill-out areas, along with a delightful 4 hole putting green complete with putters and balls for your enjoyment. Additionally, a superb private tennis court awaits, equipped with racquets and balls. Positioned at one end of the tennis court is a brand new Pickleball court- Pickleball being the fastest growing sport in the USA. You can immerse yourself in the stunning swimming pool, measuring approximately 13m x 7m and with steps and a ladder for entry, it offers the perfect oasis for a refreshing dip, or for exercise through swimming with the pool being three metres deep at the deep end and just over a metre deep in the shallow end.

Additionally, a guest cloak/shower room is conveniently located on this level, ensuring utmost convenience and comfort.
Located in the Calicas hills just a short drive from the golden sandy Meia Praia beach and Lagos city centre. There is a range of excellent golf courses nearby, water sports galore to choose from, and you can reach the west coast famous for its surfing beaches within a 30-minute drive.
Lagos city is known for its walled old town, cliffs and Atlantic beaches. Steep wooden steps lead to the sandy cove of Praia do Camilo. The nearby cliffs of Ponta de Piedade offer sweeping headland views and a lighthouse. The church of Santo Antonio (Igreja de Santo António), an ornate 18th-century church, sits across from the Castelo dos Governadores, a castle with a baroque façade and watchtowers.
Lagos Historical Centre & Marina (general amenities such as banks/cash points, restaurants/bars, shops, chemists) is a short drive away. Also:-
• Meia Praia (nearest beach with excellent beach bars) is 2 minutes drive away
• Palmares Golf Couse (the nearest to the property but there quite a few to choose from) is 2 minutes drive away
• West Coast (famous for its rugged surf beaches): 35 kms
• Faro Airport: 45 minutes drive
• Lisbon or Seville Airports: 2,5 hours drive
Maid service is Monday to Friday x 3hrs per day with a midweek towel change and weekly linen change. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
A basic welcome hamper is kindly supplied by the owner upon arrival (drinking water, wine, beers, juice/soft drinks, milk, coffee, tea, bread, butter, honey, sweet & savoury biscuits, sugar, salt & pepper, local cheese, olives, seasonal fruit, guest soaps & lavatory paper, essential cleaning products such as washing up liquid, dishwasher & washing machine detergents, spare electrical bulbs, candles & matches, mosquito repellent and gas for barbeque use).
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Lagos and Praia da Luz.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For stays between 15 Dec 2024 - 05 Jan 2025 - 35% discount for stays of 21 nights or more.
For stays between 15 Dec 2024 - 05 Jan 2025 - 15% discount for stays of 7 - 13 nights.
