Sun-hat are pleased to welcome you to the Praia da Rocha Luxury Apartments, a stunning & delightful small complex of premium quality apartments ideally located on a prime beachfront position close to the charming resort of Praia da Rocha, near Portimao. Consisting of fourteen apartments in total that all have extraordinary, unspoilt sea views and which have been finished to a high standard. Complete with fibre optic Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning throughout, electric shutters with a central control switch and a private covered parking space with your own electric car charger point. For good accessibility to the apartments, the complex features an internal elevator between the floors.

The Praia da Rocha Luxury apartments are set amidst beautiful landscaped gardens with a communal adult pool and a separate children's pool. These superb apartments range from a one bedroom retreat sleeping two people to a three-bedroom penthouse family unit all with panoramic sea views.

Praia da Rocha is a friendly seaside resort with a good atmosphere and a vibrant feel, situated along the coast near Portimao, and has lots of restaurants, family bars, shops, cafes and minimarkets all within close walking distance.

Accommodation

The luxury one bedroom apartment has amazing sea views and is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one, including a Smart TV showing a wide range of international channels including some English language channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), comfy sofa seating and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, kettle, electric oven, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, hand blender, washing machine, iron & ironing board and a juicer. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a shared balcony with the bedroom and is furnished with a table and seating for four people and two deck chairs. The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower unit. This apartment is ideal for one person, or for a couple.

The two-bedroom apartment also has those amazing sea views and is once again fully furnished with comfy sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of international channels including some English speaking channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has a central island and four accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including a toaster, kettle, electric oven, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, hand blender, washing machine, iron & ironing board and a juicer. Patio doors off the lounge lead to a large wraparound balcony furnished with a table with seating for four people and two deck chairs. There is also an additional guest cloakroom. The bedrooms comprise of one twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room and one double room with fitted wardrobes and a dressing area, safe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and an en suite shower room. This apartment is ideal for up to four people.

For families or larger groups, the three bedroom penthouse apartments are truly magnificent and enjoy the very best of the unique view of the Algarve coast from their private extensive roof top terrace. These units once again are fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay unforgettable, including a Smart TV showing a wide range of international channels including some English speaking channels (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), sofa seating and a dining table and chairs. Outside Space

The extensive landscaped gardens are laid to lawn and have direct gate access to the coastal promenade. The communal swimming pool measures approximately 14m x 5m and is 1.70m in depth at the deep end and 80cms in depth in the shallow end. The children's pool measures approximately 5m x 5m and is 50cm in depth and there are sun loungers and parasols on the pool side terrace.

Location

Praia da Rocha is a lively holiday destination that is situated on one of the finest beaches of the Algarve, on the eastern edge of the beach stands the Fort of Santa Catarina, a 17th century fortress built to defend the mouth of the Arade River. Historically, Praia da Rocha was a minor fishing village and has grown to be a favourite holiday destination for its long stretching sand beach, restaurants, bars and exciting nightlife.

Praia da Rocha boasts a wide selection of sights and activities, including boat tours, nearby waterparks, shopping malls, historic towns and scenic hiking trails.

The nearby Praia dos Três Castelos beach is well known for the bizarre and dramatic limestone rock formations that stand along the water. In some places, the cliffs are sheer and drop straight down to the beach, but in others, erosion has left fanciful shapes likened to castles or pyramids.
