Casa da Palmeira is a delightful three bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool located in the beautiful Algarve countryside. This house forms part of our superb collection of villas situated in the same charming area as Casa do Baixo, Casa Cahombo, Casa do Ingles, Casa da Montanha and Casa do Doutor.
Casa da Palmeira is one of the prestigious villas from the exclusive Shantivillas collection of luxury properties located in the beautiful countryside of Malhao, near Boliqueime. The villa has Wi-Fi internet and is air conditioned throughout, including in the kitchen and the air conditioning is included in the rental rate.

Pool safety fencing is available free of charge for the adult pool but must be requested at the time of booking.
Location
The villa is located in the peaceful countryside location of Malhao, a charming hamlet 4kms outside of Boliqueime and 8kms from Paderne. In both Boliqueime and Paderne a selection of local bars and restaurants can be found as well as small local minimarkets. The nearest golf course is 16kms away and the closest beach, at Falesia, is 14 kms away or a 20 minute drive. Close to the beach at Falesia are the popular resorts of Vilamoura, Olhos d’Agua and Albufeira. The airport at Faro is 35kms from Casa da Palmeira.
Other Items
Rates include air conditioning and maid service twice per week. Bathroom towel change midweek, weekly linen change. The main pool can be heated during the Summer months for a weekly supplemental charge, advance notice is required. This is a non smoking property.
Please note cots, highchairs and baby buggies are available upon request and will be included free of charge!

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Malhao, Paderne.

Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
