Overview

Villa Pine Cliff is a lovely five bedroom villa with private pool that is located within close walking distance of the beach and the restaurants and facilities of the beautiful resort of Acoteias. The Pine Cliffs 9 hole golf course is also on your doorstep, as is the picturesque village of Olhos d'Agua, and the resorts of Albufeira and Vilamoura are both within close driving distance.

Sleeping 10 persons, the villa offers comfortable and good value accommodation with a large private swimming pool. Wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning throughout the villa are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The front door of the villa opens to the spacious and open plan living and dining room. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with Meo cable (which has a selection of international cable channels including some with English language); Wi-fi internet and a Bluetooth speaker so that you can stream your own favourite music from your smart device. The dining area is furnished with a dining table with seating for 10 persons and patio doors lead outside to the raised exterior dining terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped for your self catering needs, with appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 x electric hobs, extractor, oven and manual juicer. The separate utility room houses the washing machine and the iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa and these bedrooms have twin beds, double wardrobes and split unit a/c. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one bathroom with double vanities and one bathroom with a shower unit.

Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has twin beds, a dresser, double wardrobes, split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom and patio doors leading to the furnished first floor terrace which has views over the garden and pool area.

Bedroom four has a double bed, split unit a/c and patio doors leading the to the first floor terrace. Bedroom five also has a double bed and split unit a/c and these two bedrooms share the use of the first floor family bathroom with shower unit and double vanities.

Outside Space

Villa Pine Cliff has a lovely spacious pool area and terraces. The swimming pool measures approximately 8 metres x 4 metres with steps entry and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is an electric cover to retain the heat. The shallow end of the pool is 0.90 metres in depth; the mid point of the pool is 1.40 metres and the deep end is 1.65 metres in depth. The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and there is a table football table, volleyball net and table tennis table for those family tournaments. The exterior shaded dining terrace seats 10 persons and is perfect for enjoying al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the charcoal BBQ.

Location

Villa Pine Cliff benefits from a superb central location, on the doorstep of the Pine Cliffs resort and the famous 9 hole golf course. The beautiful resort of Acoteias is within close walking distance, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, cafe/bars and eateries and the local supermarket should prefer to dine at the villa. Also within close walking distance is the stunning Falesia beach and the picturesque village of Olhos d'Agua which also has an abundance of restaurants and bars. Within short driving distance are the renowned resorts of Vilamoura and Albufeira- so you really are spoilt for choice at Villa Pine Cliff.

Rates include a midweek clean and bathroom towel change, and a weekly changeover clean, bed linen and towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

A travel or a wooden cot and two highchairs are available at this villa free of charge providing they are requested in advance.
