Overview

Villa Paz is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located on a large beautifully landscaped plot, located near the 6th roundabout of the resort of Quinta do Lago and walking distance to the lake and to the beach. It is a fully air conditioned property and Wi Fi is available.

Living Areas

On the ground floor:

Spacious entrance hall opens to the sitting room with patio doors to the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. It has a fireplace, a smart TV with Lazer cable channels (a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports) and a DVD player.

The kitchen is located on the left hand side of the hallway and is fully equipped with appliances including a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, microwave, American fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.

On the same area as the kitchen there is a dining area with table and 6 chairs, opening to the covered terrace.

A staircase from the entrance hall leads to the first floor. On the hallway to the bedrooms there is a sitting area, with TV and DVD player.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The downstairs (ground floor) bedroom area is located on the right hand side of the hallway.

There are 2 steps down to a double bedroom on the left hand side. It has a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom opens to the garden.

Also on this level there is another bedroom with twin beds and a small TV. Just outside the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower.

On the first floor of the villa is the spacious master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool with a table and 4 chairs.

2 steps takes you to the fourth bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is a small terrace overlooking the pool with a small table and 2 chairs

Outside Space

There is a covered terrace with sofá seating in front of the living room and a dining table for 8 persons. 2 steps takes us to the rectangular shaped pool that measures approximately 10 metres x 7 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There are sun loungers near the pool. On the left hand side there is the gas BBQ area with a pergola.

At the front of the property an electric gate opens to the driveway with lots of parking.

Located near the 6th roundabout of the resort of Quinta do Lago and walking distance to the lake and to the beach.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Maid service is included once per week including towel change. Bed linen is changed after 7 days.
