Sun-hat are delighted to introduce you to Villa Sunlight, a five bedroom property with a private swimming pool and an expansive garden that seamlessly extends on to the picturesque Sao Lourenco golf course. Villa Sunlight is ideally situated on a corner plot in the sought after area of Parque Atlantico in the heart of Quinta do Lago.

Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

As you enter the villa you are welcomed by a charming internal garden area with plants and shrubs. The air conditioned spacious lounge is comfortably furnished with two 2 seater sofas and two chairs, a wall mounted Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), there is a further seating area where you can relax and enjoy one of the many books provided. Patio doors lead to the garden and pool. Adjacent to the lounge is the air conditioned dining room complete with a table and chairs and also has patio doors that lead to the pool & garden.

The large kitchen is well equipped with appliances including an integrated electric oven, grill & microwave, four electric hobs, an extractor fan, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fridge freezer, sandwich toaster, cafeteria and a dishwasher. The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one, two, three and four. Bedroom one is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same list of channels as the lounge, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Bedroom two is a double room with split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same list of channels as the previous TV's, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, double vanities, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom four is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden and pool.

Stairs lead up to bedroom five which is the master double suite with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same list of channels as the previous TV's and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a small balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Off the upper landing there is access to the private upper terrace which overlooks the pool and is furnished with two sunbeds, a parasol and offers fantastic views of the golf course.

Outside Space

The extensive garden is laid to lawn and seamlessly joins with the golf course, and has many pine trees that offer shade in the summer months. The pool measures approximately 12m x 6m and has steps for easy entry and is surrounded by a generous sunbathing terrace furnished with eight comfortable sun loungers and two parasols. Additionally, there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off before or after a refreshing swim. For the chefs in the group there is a gas BBQ and a handy work counter, and a sink - perfect for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the outdoors. Unwind on the inviting outdoor sofas and chairs with a favourite book or simply soak up the tranquil atmosphere. The covered dining area is complete with a large table and seating for ten people.

Location

Villa Sunlight is located in a cul-de-sac and features automatic gate entry and parking is easy in the property grounds or roadside. The beach is just a 15 minute walk via the wooden bridge (one of the longest pedestrian wooden bridges in Europe) across the Ria Formosa nature reserve. The beach is family friendly with a choice of restaurants and a lifeguard during the summer months.

Quinta do Lago is one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.
