Casa Feliz is a truly outstanding four bedroom villa situated within walking distance of the town of Santa Barbara de Nexe and only 15-20 minutes drive away from the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago. Casa Feliz means 'The Happy House' and this lovely property will be the scene of many enjoyable family holidays in the Algarve. The location of the villa is quite special, with a breathtaking, far reaching panoramic view of the Algarve coastime and the Atlantic Ocean.

Featuring electric shutters throughout; wi-fi internet connection and air conditioning- included in the rental rates. Casa Feliz has recently been updated and refurbished to a high standard throughout.

Also including:- A beautiful pool house with WC, fridge, sink and gas BBQ; and a poolside petanque (French boules) court!

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including 4 x electric hobs; extractor; dishwasher; integrated microwave and oven; fridge freezer; toaster; kettle; Nespresso style coffee maker (the owners will provide a few capsules for your arrival and then you can purchase more in the local supermarkets); blender & juicer. Filtered fresh drinking water from a tap in the kitchen is available. Next to the kitchen there is a separate utility room with washing machine; tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Open plan and spacious air conditioned living/ dining room with 45'' HD flat screen TV with satellite channels available. The TV is also a Smart TV so You Tube and Netflix are available. Sonos music system- so you can stream your favourite music from your smart phone or tablet. This lovely room is furnished with new sofas and has new curtains and fittings- and glorious far reaching ocean views can be enjoyed through the patio doors which lead directly to the shaded dining terrace outside.

On the first floor landing there is a room with two twin beds which are available upon prior request and with confirmation from the owners- which means the villa sleeps up to 10 persons however guests using these beds have to share one of the other four bathrooms in the villa.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c, patio doors to the poolside lawn garden and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and towel heater. Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, patio doors to the garden and with ocean views and an en suite with bath, separate shower unit, double vanities and a towel heater.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master suite, complete with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), split unit a/c, double wardrobes with safe, patio doors to the balcony furnished with table and chairs and with amazing far reaching ocean views, en suite with towel heater, double vanities, bath and separate shower unit. Bedroom four has twin beds, split unit a/c and an en suite with shower.

Outside Space

Shaded exterior dining terrace with electric awning and table and chairs for 8 persons. The swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres with steps entry and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is a manual pool cover. The deep end of the pool is 2.0 metres and the shallow end is 1.0 metre in depth. Extensive lawn gardens surround the pool and the far reaching ocean and coastline views are absolutely stunning. Pool house with WC, fridge, sink and gas BBQ. Poolside petanque court (French boules). There is space for the parking of two vehicles in the carport.

Location

Casa Feliz is situated just 20 minutes walking distance from the town of Santa Barbara, where you will find a selection of restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, a supermarket and a chemist. A short driving distance away is the brand new Mar shopping complex which has a wide range of shops, restaurants, a designer outlet and a cinema- where the majority of films are shown in English. The airport at Faro and the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago are only a 15-20 minutes drive away.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are in the area, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and a weekly changeover clean. Extra cleaning service is available for a supplementary charge. Bathroom towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

A travel cot and a highchair are available in the villa free of charge upon prior request.
