Living Areas

The kitchen with a ceiling fan has a central island and two accompanying stools and is well equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer, double range cooker, extractor, 4 slice toaster, dishwasher and a kettle. Steps lead down to the utility room which houses 2 x washing machines, iron & ironing board. From here a door leads to the BBQ terrace.

Positioned off the kitchen is the dining area with a large table and seating for twelve people. Patio doors lead to covered terrace furnished with a large table and seating for a further twelve people, this terrace has fantastic countryside views. There is a further seating area adjacent to the dining table which is comfortably furnished with sofa seating, the ideal spot to read your favourite book; or alternatively for your entertainment there is a TV here showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; and from here is a further balcony furnished with a sofa and chair seating, ideal for sundowners.

From the entrance hall stairs lead up to an air conditioned fitness room complete with an exercise bike, free weights and a private yoga terrace. There is also a telescope here if you like a bit of stargazing.

On the lower level of the property you will find the air conditioned entertainment area complete with a table tennis table and ten bean bags to relax on whilst watching your favourite programmes on the wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Patio doors lead to the garden and stunning views of the Algarve countryside.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All the bathrooms in Quinta Almarjao have been refurbished to a lovely standard. Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level of the villa. Bedroom one is the master suite with a super-king bed, a dressing area, fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Off the master bedroom is a further air conditioned area with a single bed (suitable for a child up to the age of 10 years old and available upon prior request for a weekly supplement) and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room (which can be made as a double upon prior request), with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedrooms three, four, five and six are on the lower level of the property. Bedroom three is double room (which can be made as a singles upon prior request), with split unit air conditioning, a bamboo wardrobe and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Bedroom four is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private terrace with amazing countryside views. Bedroom five is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shower with a heated towel rail. Bedroom six is a double room (which can be prepared as single beds upon prior request) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and use of the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail. All six bedrooms also have fans as well as the air conditioning.

Outside Space

The standout feature of this charming countryside villa is undoubtedly its expansive outdoor space, centred around a stunning swimming pool. The pool area is designed for relaxation, with a large wrap-around terrace offering twelve sun loungers, as well as four parasols for those who prefer shade. The salt water swimming pool, measuring approximately 14m x 8m, can be heated for an extra weekly supplement and is equipped with an electric pool cover to help maintain the heat during the evenings.

At one end of the terrace is a delightful covered area, offering breathtaking views of the Algarve countryside. The gazebo is a perfect spot for enjoying outdoor drinks, complete with a fridge to keep beverages cold and within easy reach. There is also a built-in marble table with chair and bench seating. To the right of the pool, there's a unique feature—a built-in bench with backgammon and chess boards, game pieces are provided. The pool area is safely enclosed by a fence and a lockable gate, providing peace of mind for families with young children.

Located in the rolling hills, close to the bustling town of Loule and only a 20 minute drive from Faro airport. This beautiful location is surrounded by natural beauty and offers stunning panoramic views. Within a five minute drive of the property is the resort of Quinta das Raposeiras where tennis & padel courts can be hired.
