Casa Miradouro is a 5+1 bedroom villa situated in the heart of Quinta do Lago. Built on three levels, this stylish property is decorated to the highest standard and includes a games room and a small gym. With attractive gardens leading to the 3rd fairway of the San Lorenzo golf course, this beautiful villa offers a truly peaceful and relaxing environment. Whether you are a family, group of golfers or sun worshippers, this villa is the perfect place to switch off from the outside world, enjoy the sunshine and recharge those batteries in an environment of calmness and tranquillity.

Electric gates open onto a cobbled drive with parking for several cars. Air conditioning throughout the villa, maid service and fibre optic internet included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen has a central island and split unit air conditioning and appliances including a kettle, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, soda stream drinks machine, two dishwashers, juicer, five gas burner, range cooker with double ovens, electric oven and grill, large double fridge, wine cooler and extractor fan. There is a kitchen table with seating for four and patio doors open to the side of the villa.

The dining area has a large table and seating for ten, split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening onto the covered eating area and poolside terrace. The air conditioned lounge has ample comfy sofa seating, a large wall mounted smart flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Concertina patio doors completely open up onto the covered eating area. There is also a reading area with two chairs and a small round table.

On the lower level you will find the utility room, gym and games room. The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The air conditioned gym is equipped with a running machine, cross trainer, weights, a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. The games room includes comfy sofa seating, two split unit air conditioners, two sofa beds, pool table, table football, DVD player and a Sonos speaker to stream your favourite tunes from your own smart device.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a twin room (beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a courtyard with a table and four chairs. Bedroom two is a twin room (beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and an en suite shower room with an electric towel rail and patio door to a small, private terrace.

Upstairs to bedrooms three, four and five. Bedroom three is a twin room (again beds can be made as a double upon prior request), fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with heated towel rail. Bedroom four is the master double room with a wall mounted, Smart flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room and heated towel rail. Bedroom five is a twin room (beds can be made as a double upon prior request) with spilt unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small balcony.

Downstairs to the lower level of the property where you will find the plus one bedroom no. six which is a single room with a single bed, split unit air conditioning and en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a small patio and the front of the villa. Please note that this room does not benefit from natural and is most suitable for the nanny or perhaps a teenager.

Outside Space

Off the dining area is the enclosed eating area surrounded by concertina windows and which is complete with a dining table and seating for six persons, a gas BBQ and a food preparation area with a sink. The pool measures approximately 10m x 8m and can be heated for a supplemental charge, there are various sun loungers for you to relax and soak up the Algarve sunshine, a swing hammock and a table tennis table. The covered eating area has a large dining table with seating for sixteen, there are also comfy sofas and chairs to lounge on. The mature garden is private, laid to lawn in areas and surrounded by trees and shrubs.

Location

Situated in the prestigious Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, close to Pinheiros Altos golf club, where you are only a short drive away from a wide range of renowned restaurants; five excellent golf courses and other leisure activities including tennis, paddle and horse riding; the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches.

Rates include a maid cleaning service five times per week, Mon-Fri (not including Portuguese bank holidays); Pool towels & a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Please note that the exterior photos for this villa were taken during the winter when the sun is lower in the sky and therefore there is some shading on the pool. We will take new photos in due course.
