Villa Paula is a luxurious five bedroom villa with private pool set on a large double plot with extensive grass lawns and landscaped gardens that has been freshly refurbished to a premium standard. Situated in a prime location in the exclusive development of Parque Atlantico in the heart of Quinta do Lago, close to the resorts famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and close to the famous 'Gigi's' beach bridge. Fibre-optic internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The spacious air conditioned living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and two arm chairs, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide variety of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports and a feature fireplace. Quadruple sliding patio doors lead to the garden and pool. The separate dining room is complete with a large table with seating for ten people.

The superb modern kitchen has a central island and three stools, and boasts an American style fridge freezer, 4 electric hobs, extractor, two dishwashers, integrated microwave, oven & grill, toaster, blender, hand mixer, sandwich maker, coffee machine and kettle. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a door to the outside clothes drying area from here. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the property. Bedroom one is an air conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and double patio doors leading to the front terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a walk-in shower unit and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is an air conditioned twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom three is an air conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. Patio doors leading to the pool area.

Stairs (with a child safety gate at the bottom) lead up to bedrooms four and five. Bedroom four is the master double suite which is carpeted and air conditioned, and includes a dressing area with double wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, heated towel rail, free standing bath tub and a walk-in shower unit. Patio doors lead to the large terrace and there is an additional Juliet balcony overlooking the pool, gardens and golf course.

Bedroom five is an air conditioned double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the shared balcony complete with a table tennis table, a parasol and a table with four chairs.

Outside Space

Villa Paula is a prestigious property that boasts electric entry gates and forecourt parking for added security. The extensive garden is laid to lawn in areas, giving it the feel of a wonderful English country garden. The villa features a shaded terrace with a dining table, perfect for al fresco dining using either the charcoal or gas BBQ's with food preparation area. For the more active members of the group, there is a football net available on the rolling lawn gardens. A gated stairway leads down to the large swimming pool measuring approximately 12m x 6m, which includes steps for entry and a manual pool cover. The pool can also be heated for a supplementary charge.

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
