Our chefs Suchat Suansa, Pongsak Phabjanda and Chalong Nakeerak, after working for many years in Thailand in several renowned hotels and restaurants in Pataya, Ko Samui and Bangkok, where they perfected their techniques in Thai cuisine, decided to join Thai Bistro.
