Apartment Mastic is a top of the range, fully refurbished, split level three bedroom ground floor apartment, located in the heart of Sao Lourenco village. Superbly situated and benefiting by the garden gate opening directly onto the communal pool area and surrounding landscaped gardens. This modern apartment is the ideal getaway for families and friends alike. Fibre optic Wi-fi internet and air conditioning are provided free of charge throughout your stay. This apartment is situated on the ground floor, however, a few steps lead down to the front door.

Living Areas

From the upper entrance level, steps lead down to bedrooms two and three and the living area. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is decorated with pleasant neutral tones. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, extractor, four electric hobs, microwave, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher.

The lounge and dining area are furnished with comfortable sofa seating, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), and a dining table with seating for six people. Patio doors open directly onto the garden with stunning views towards the lake and Sao Lourenco golf course.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the upper, entrance level is bedroom one which is a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.

Steps lead down to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the garden. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the garden.

Outside Space

Apartment Mastic boasts a fantastic private garden that faces towards the communal pool area and has wonderful views of the lake and golf course. The garden features a patio area with a gas BBQ and a table with seating for six people, perfect for al-fresco dining! There are sun loungers for those who like to soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine.

The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include maid service - for stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, a 10.00€ is required as a deposit and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.
