Living Areas

From the entrance, head up a few steps, and you’ll find the lounge & dining area, the second bedroom, and the kitchen. The kitchen has all the essentials you'll need to make your stay easy and comfortable, including an integrated electric oven, grill, microwave, four hobs, an extractor fan, a Dulce Gusto coffee machine, a dishwasher, a juicer, a hand blender, a washer/dryer, a toaster, a kettle, and a fridge freezer. There’s also a handy serving hatch that connects the kitchen to the dining area—perfect for passing through snacks or meals without any fuss!

The open plan lounge and dining area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your time together. There’s a round dining table with seating for four people, while the lounge has comfy sofas, Daikin air conditioning, and a cosy feature fireplace. For entertainment, you’ll find a wall mounted flat screen TV with plenty of cable channels, including Sky Sports, TNT Sports, BBC, and ITV. Patio doors lead out to a private balcony with stunning views of the lake, gardens, and the golf course. The balcony is set up for outdoor dining with a gas Broil King BBQ, a table, and seating for six—perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in this peaceful surround.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is at the entrance of the property and comes with twin beds, soft carpeted flooring, fitted wardrobes, and Daikin air conditioning and use of the separate shower room with heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is also carpeted and is a double room with Daikin split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and use of the adjacent shower room with a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with stunning lake views.

Outside Space

The balcony off the lounge is set up for outdoor dining with a gas Broil King BBQ, a table, and seating for six—perfect for enjoying al fresco meals in this peaceful surround.

The Sao Lourenco communal resort facilities include a reception, tennis court and communal pool.

The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amidst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Pool towels, hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, a 10.00€ is required as a deposit and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.
