Perfectly situated in the picturesque São Lourenço Village, in the heart of Quinta do Lago, this lovely retreat offers stunning views of the lake and the resort’s communal pool.

Accessed via some steps, it is situated close to the resort's putting green. Fibre optic Wi-fi internet & air conditioning is included in the rental rates.

The São Lourenço Premium Range apartments are the finest available in the village, beautifully refurbished to a high standard and are exclusively marketed by Sun-hat.

Living Areas

The living area and kitchen are of an open plan design and have been thoughtfully furnished with comfy seating, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of English language cable channels, including Sky Sports, TNT Sports, BBC, ITV. Patio doors lead out to a lovely balcony, complete with a table and seating for four, a parasol for shade, and a gas BBQ—perfect for outdoor dining. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the communal pool and the peaceful lake, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

The modern kitchen is complete with a breakfast bar and four accompanying stools and is fully equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a fridge freezer, four electric hobs, an extractor, Electric oven & grill, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, juicer & a washing machine.

The Master suite is complete with a double bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The apartment enjoys plenty of sunshine, thanks to its lovely terrace overlooking the lake and the communal pool- an ideal spot to relax and soak up the views. The São Lourenço resort also offers fantastic communal facilities, including a reception, a tennis court, and a shared communal pool for all guests to enjoy.

The Sao Lourenco Village is a very relaxing and peaceful resort located in the heart of Quinta do Lago, bordering the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Here you are in the beautiful surrounds of the Sao Lourenco Golf Course, landscaped gardens, and the lake. The Village's luxury apartments are ideal for those interested in enjoying a stylish outdoor life in luxurious surroundings, whilst only being a 25 minute drive away from Faro Airport.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amidst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

For stays of 7 nights, the rates include a midweek bathroom towels change. For stays of over 7 nights then the rates include a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel change and bedroom linen change. Fibre optic Wi-Fi is installed at this property and is free to guests. Pool towels, hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Guests are able to pre-book tennis at the São Lourenço reception office, a 10.00€ is required as a deposit and once the rackets and balls are returned, the deposit is refunded. Guests also have use of the communal pool. Mini golf, clubs and balls can be collected from Sao Lourenco receptions for a deposit of 10€ and will be refunded upon return of the items.
