Nestled on a peaceful road in the prestigious Quinta do Lago resort, Villa Chanisara is a stunning 4-bedroom villa designed for relaxation and indulgence. This high quality villa offers everything you need for a perfect getaway, including a heatable pool, air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi. Unwind in the elegant living spaces, enjoy alfresco dining under the sun, or challenge friends and family to a game in the snooker room. The villa backs onto a championship golf course and is located less than a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. Villa Chanisara is the ideal home away from home.

Living Areas

Spacious, fully equipped kitchen and at it's heart is a central island. Appliances include a large gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, juicer and toaster.

A separate utility room on the lower ground level houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and an additional fridge/freezer.

Step into the spacious and comfortable living room with an interconnected dining area, creating the perfect setting for relaxed gatherings. Patio doors from the living room and and kitchen lead onto the covered terraces with comfortable seating and an extendable dining table and gas BBQ, bringing the outdoors in. Steps then go down to the swimming pool terrace.

For entertainment, there is a TV room featuring cable channels, including Sky Sports. The TV room can be closed off with the the use of sliding glass doors. A guest cloakroom is conveniently located on the ground floor.

On the lower ground floor, you have the games room complete with a full-sized snooker table and a second TV.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Villa Chanisara has four nicely appointed bedrooms.

On the first floor, you have the master bedroom with king-size double bed (measuring 2m x 2.10m), fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bath, dressing area and doors leading out to the private terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed (measures 1.70m x 2m), fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath and a dressing area.

On the ground floor, bedroom three has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four has a double bed (which can be separated into two singles upon prior request - bed measures 1.80m x 2m), fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures 12 x 6 metres (heatable for a supplemental charge), and has comfortable loungers and umbrellas to provide shade from the Algarve sunshine. There is a summer house at the end of the pool. The lush gardens overlook the golf course, offering scenic views. There are several shady seating areas and lawns for children to play on. A table tennis is also available for your use. The garden has a water feature pond.

Location

The villa is ideally situated in a peaceful no through road in Quinta do Lago overlooking the golf course, but only 10 minutes walk from the restaurants, stylish boutiques and supermarket at Quinta Shopping. It is 5 minutes walk from the relaxed Pure Café, which serves healthy and vibrant breakfasts and lunches on its terrace whilst you enjoy views of the 8th hole at the North Course.

Other Items

There is a safe for guest use. Air-conditioning and WiFi are included.

Maid service is Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Towels are changed twice weekly and bed linen after one week.

There is a weekly supplemental charge for pool heating, if required.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
