Villa Panache is a luxury mansion which sits in a privileged position and has views over the golf course.
Wide steps lead from the cobbled driveway to a grand entrance porch, flanked by potted trees and stone lion statues, giving entrance to a double volume hallway, with a sweeping marble staircase and guest cloakroom. The marble floors, delicate features and ornate furnishings that greet guests in the hall set the precedent for the entire house. The rooms are spacious, airy and cool, but for guests that prefer extra comfort during the hotter summer months, the villa is fully air conditioned.
The entrance hallway also leads straight ahead to the opulent, pillar flanked lounge with wide screen cable TV including sports, Bang and Olufsen speaker systems and fireplace. A few steps up from the lounge a smart study area has a writing table, wi-fi internet connection and views overlooking the garden.
The kitchen is homely and well equipped with fitted cream wooden cupboards, a Nespresso Krups coffee machine, a central preparation island, American-style fridge, granite circular dining table and a comfortable sofa. A separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer completes the ground floor amenities.
The entrance hallway provides access to two bedrooms. The first twin bedroom can be made up as a double if desired. The room features an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail and TV and has access to the partially covered terrace. The second bedroom is a double and has an en-suite shower room, a TV and DVD player and wrap around patio doors leading to the terrace.
The marble staircase leads to two further bedrooms. The twin room (can be made up as a double) has fitted wardrobes, a TV and an en-suite shower room with double sinks and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony, which has wicker furniture and overlooks the putting green. The incredibly spacious master bedroom is adjacent to the twin room and benefits from a wide screen TV with DVD player and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, heated towel rail, separate shower and a grand bath nestled between two pillars. Two sets of patio doors from the bedroom, lead to a large terrace overlooking the garden and golf course.
The wrap around patio doors make this large living space bright and welcoming and they lead out to a partially covered terrace area and an immaculate garden. The garden has sections laid to lawn, well tended flower beds, mature fruit and palm trees and a large pool with mosaic floor and Roman-style entry steps. The swimming pool measures approximately 6 metres x 10 metres and can be heated a weekly supplemental charge, it has an electric pool cover.
The garden has been carefully designed from each aspect and details such as the putting green and painted wall-backdrop behind the pool make this area a very special place to spend time in. There is a special top of the range Green Egg charcoal BBQ and a wide array of comfortable seating options on the terrace, which is perfect for eating and relaxing outdoors.
The property is just a few minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and bars at Quinta Shopping and Bougainvillea Plaza and a short drive from Vale do Lobo.
Rates include maid cleaning service five times per week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
