Villa Flavia a superbly appointed 4 bedroom 4 bathroom property with a pool in prestigious Quinta do Lago. Set in large beautiful gardens, this property has many luxury features and is just a short car ride from the beach, shops and restaurants.
This villa has plenty of accommodation and is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout. There is a telephone and a wireless Internet connection for the convenience of guests.
Entry is via a spacious entrance hall, which gives access to the guest cloakroom and the main living area. This comprises a large lounge with dining area and doors opening into another separate sitting room with cable TV, DVD and CD player. There are patio doors leading from both rooms to the covered dining terrace which gives onto an expanse of decorative sun terrace and poolside patio, laid in a bold symmetrical pattern.
A gas BBQ is provided for ‘al fresco’ cuisine and, for indoor cooking, the modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, toaster, washing machine, clothes dryer etc. and an American style fridge. There is a large integral breakfast area for informal meals and also a TV.
Sleeping accommodation is luxurious and comprises two a twin bedroom on the lower floor, and a study which doubles as a second twin bedroom, and two double bedrooms on the first floor. Dressing rooms, contemporary artworks and décor, plus patio door access to the terrace add to the luxury appeal and all bedrooms have full bathrooms with showers - two with jacuzzi baths. The double bedrooms also have TVs.
Outside is the 13m x 6m rectangular pool with Roman style steps, the gardens being laid to lawn, with a border of mature trees and shrubs. The pool can be heated for a supplement.
Rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
