Overview
Villa Victory is a charming three bedroom, three bathroom semi-detached villa situated in the gated resort of Victory Village Club, a four star complex location on the Sao Lourenco golf course in the heart of Quinta do Lago. It is a 15 minute walk to the beach via the wooden bridge (one of the longest pedestrian wooden bridges in Europe) across the Ria Formosa nature reserve. The beach is family friendly and has a lifeguard during the summer months.
Living Areas
Enter into the bright foyer leading onto the open plan lounge and dining area. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, a flat screen TV showing some English and American channels, split unit air conditioning, DVD player and multi disc CD player. The dining area has a table with seating for six, patio doors open onto the pool terrace. The well equipped kitchen has appliances including a microwave, kettle, four electric hobs, electric oven and grill, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room (1.82m x 2.00m) with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, digital safe and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper level you will find bedrooms two and three, bedroom two is a twin room (which can be made into a double, each twin is 0.90m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a view to the pool with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom three is a double room (1.82m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a view to the pool. This bedroom also has an en suite bathroom.
Outside Space
The private sun terrace has a half moon shaped plunge pool - with the depth of the pool measuring between 1.30m and 1.40m. The poolside is furnished with sun loungers and a charcoal BBQ.
Location
Located in the gated resort of Victory Village Club, a four star complex situated on the Sao Lourenco golf course in the heart of Quinta do Lago. Communal facilities which customers are entitled to use are the large communal swimming pool with lifeguard (during summer months), 2 x tennis courts and the poolside cafe/snack bar (seasonal opening).
Other Items
Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid service 2 x week. Pool towels and a hairdryer provided for your convenience.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
