Apartment Joceta has a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher, hob/oven, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer and washing machine.

The comfortable bedroom has twin beds that can be made as a double upon request and a safe. The apartment has one bathroom. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement and there are split units in the living room and bedroom.

Location
Situated close to the Tennis Academy, with the sandy beach and a plentiful supply of stylish restaurants and bars close by in the fashionable Praca.
Vale do Lobo is a popular development situated approximately 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. Close to the beach, the resort has two golf courses, tennis centre, shops and restaurants. Water sports, horse riding and many other facilities are all within 5 minutes drive of the development.

Rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. WiFi is installed at this property and is free to guests.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
