Living Areas

The entrance to the property is reached via a flight of steps. The spacious, air conditioned and open plan living/dining room is comfortably furnished and is complete with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; a DVD player and a CD player. Patio doors open to the front terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer; washing machine; toaster. juicer; microwave; dishwasher; filter coffee maker; oven, electric hobs and extractor.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one has twins beds, split unit a/c and doors to the front terrace. Bedroom two has twin beds and split unit a/c. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the adjacent family bathroom. Bedroom three has a king sized double bed, split unit a/c, doors to the front terrace and an en suite bathroom. Next to the living/dining room there is an additional guest cloakroom. All bed linen used in Casa Bella is high quality 100% cotton.

Please note that this spacious apartment can comfortably sleep up to 8 persons as two extra single beds are available upon request and for a nightly supplemental charge, one in the Master bedroom and one in bedroom two.

Outside Space

Casa Bella benefits from two large terraces. The front terrace is furnished with table and chairs and has lovely views of the resort in the direction of the tennis academy. The extensive rear terrace has the private pool, which measures 6 x 3 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge- there is a manual pool cover. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs, to enjoy delicious meals cooked on the integrated charcoal BBQ.

Location

Casa Bella enjoys a central location in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. Directly across the road there is a children's play area and the tennis centre, where there is a choice of eateries close by, only a short stroll away. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek clean and towel change plus the weekly changeover clean, linen and towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience. A highchair and a travel cot are provided free of charge upon prior request- please bring your own linen for the cot.

Sun-hat clients are entitled to use the luggage storage facility at the Vale do Lobo tennis centre free of charge on their arrival or departure day. Whilst there, clients can use the showers (you will need your own towels) and the communal pool facility which has a charge of €5,00 per person.

Casa Bella is a VDL club member property and guests staying at this property can purchase the resort cards from reception providing they have been organised prior to arrival at the villa- again please contact us for further details regarding this.
